Parent Refund Form

The Air Cadet League has directed that Squadrons cannot charge registration fees. Participation in the Air Cadet Program is free for all youth.

Families are therefore eligible for refunds of amounts paid during the 2023–2024 and 2024–2025 training years. Refunds will be issued by cheque.

If you prefer, you may request a charitable donation receipt instead of a refund. This option is entirely voluntary.

Please complete the form below by November 30, 2025. Refunds and donation receipts will be processed and issued by December 15, 2025.
