Join 758 Argus

KIDS

Become a Cadet

Kids between the ages of 12 and 18 can join our squadron at any time during the school year. Air Cadets learn about many things such as aviation technologies, aircrew survival, and how to fly. Our squadron also has many teams such as Range, Band, and Drill.

Registration starts online, on Cadets Canada’s website and is completed in person at our local headquarters (LHQ). Here’s a map.

Instructions on how to register, along with fees, are below.

Returning Argus cadets are automatically registered for the new training year.

PARENTS

Become a Volunteer

The cadet program relies on support from everyone in its local community. Though it is a Federally funded program, the funding provided is terribly inadequate, thus without volunteers, the program cannot exist.

Whatever your skills and experience are, you can contribute to your child’s development by helping the squadron raise the funds that pay for the program.

Join the team, meet new people, do good, and most importantly, help these kids by becoming a leading example.

New Recruits

New cadet registrations are accepted throughout the training year so long as the youth is 12 or older at the time of registration.

758 Argus Territory

The 758 Argus squadron serves the Bramalea area of Brampton (east of the 410 and south of Mayfield Road). If you are not within that territory, there may be a unit closer to your home that might be more convenient. We recommend considering one of the other two Air Cadet squadrons in Brampton:

132 Spitfire Squadron
Serves the West end of the city (West of Highway 410).

892 Snowy Owl Squadron
Serves the area to the North.

If you do not reside within the City of Brampton, please visit the national cadet website (www.cadets.ca) to see if there is a unit that might be more convenient.
